Horse. She earned a score of 9.7 for conformation.

earns 4rth out of 14 teams.

for the 2002 Bundeschampionate at the Rastede show with a score of
8.1%

Daylight won her
class at Dressage at Lexington with over 69%.

Rhodes Scholar won
a prestigious class at the Bremen show in Germany. He was ridden
at "L" level. He was ridden by a woman and beat horses
ridden by Holga Finken and Lisa Wilcox.

Daylight earned 71%
her first time out this season at First Level at the VADA Spring
Show. She placed 2nd out of 22 horses.

Daylight won two
classes at First Level and was Reserve Champion of the NEVADA Spring
show.

Daylight earned a
73.5% at First Level and was High Score Champion from a large group at
the VADA Spring Show at Commonwealth Park.

Daylight won
her classes at the VADA CC and NEVADA show sand earned the High Point Champion
titles of the day at First Level

Daylight won three
first level classes at the VADA Summer Competition with two scores of
71.5% and one score of 68%.

Brilliant Blue Girl
pony and Bryan Whitford attended their first recognized dressage
show at the VADA Summer Competition at training level. They earned a
6th place in an open class and a First place in the Junior
class with scores of 60.8% and 61.8%.

Brilliant Blue Girl
pony and Bryan attended Dressage at Lexington earning a 61% and
5th at training level open class, and a blue ribbon in the Amateur
Handlers Class

Brilliant Blue Girl
pony and
Bryan Whitford attended their first Pony club testing and successfully
completed the D3 rating after performing cross country, stadium
jumping, dressage and oral exam.

Brilliant Blue Girl
pony and Bryan
attended their first pony jumper show June 1 with the Blue Ridge Hunt
Club, made it into the jumpoffs and earned a 5th and two 6th place
wins.

Brilliant Blue Girl
and Bryan rode in the MOC pony club show and went clean in both jumper
classes earning ribbons in both classes.
2001
-
Rhodes Scholar successfully
completed his 70 day test at Warendorf in October earning the 2nd
highest score for dressage and earning all 8's and 9's for
temperament, rideability and gaits.

Rachael attended
her mare inspection with the American Hanoverian Society at Hilltop
Farm earning an excellent score that make her Elite Eligible. She
earned four scores of 8 for her head, legs, walk, elasticity and
impulsion.

Daylight
has started the 2001 Spring Show season with a bang earning blue
ribbons in every class. At her first show at the April VADA
Recognized show she earned scores of 69% and 71.9%. She earned
the High Point Championship of the show.

Daylight
to another successful weekend earning 3 blue ribbons and scores of
69%, 71.9%, and 72.4%.
-
Brilliant
Blue Girl pony and Bryan Whitford attended their first dressage
schooling show at Intro Level and earned scores of 66% and 67% with 1st and 2nd place winnings.
2000
-
Rhodes Scholar was
licensed at the Hanoverian Private Stallion Licensing in Verden,
Germany.
-
Rhodes Scholar was
selected by the very successful and well respected private stallion
station of Ludwig Kathmann in Holtrup to stand for a period of three
years. Rhodes Scholar will continue his performance career with
his rider/trainer, Heiko Klausing during this period.
-
Rhodes Scholar and
Heiko Klausing won their Riding Material Class for Stallions and
won the Champion Riding Horse at Badsalzuslen. They also won
their material class at Herford, Germany.
-
Daylight earned the
Young Horse Reserve Champion title for Hanoverian Sport Horse Year End
Dressage Breed Show Awards
-
Daalny earned Champion title for VADA/NOVA Year End Awards and 4rth place in
the state of Va.
-
Daalny earned
a 68% and 69% winning both classes at VADA/NOVA Autumn II and earning
the High Score Champion for the show. See photo of Daalny and her Contucci foal, Cotignac
on sales page.

Daylight earned 2nd
place in the 3 year old filly class and 4rth in the USDF Championships
at Dressage at Devon.

Mayflower earned 8th
in her mare class and USDF Mature Horse Championship class at
Devon. Mayflower has a stallion son by A Jungle Prince
accepted for the Hengste Keuring at Verden.

Daylight earned her
Elite Mare Candidacy at the Honey Locust Mare Inspection. She
was the Reserve Champion mare of the inspection and passed her Mare
Performance Test with flying colors. She showed great strength
in the gaits and rideability portions of her test. Thanks to Bob Orton for a job well done in the training
and presentation of this mare.

Shadow Fox Farm again had
success at Dressage at Lexington. Daylight won the large
competitive Hanoverian IBC class with a 81.5%, the highest score of
the day for the breed show. She earned a 65% in her first under saddle class
at training level in the big coliseum.
-
Mayflower was
2nd place in the competitive mare class with a close score. All
in all it was a great show, and the weather was great. It was the
first time in many years that it did not hit 100 degrees at Dressage
at Lexington. We enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones
too.

Shadow Fox
Farm had continued success at the 2nd show of the season. At the
June VADA/NOVA Breed Show Daylight was tied for first but
finished 2nd place in her 3 year old filly class and was 3rd in the
Hanoverian IBC class. Thanks to Bob Orton for his handling job.
SPS Mayflower won her mare
class, was Reserve Champion mare, High Point Hanoverian for the show
and won the Hanoverian IBC class. Thanks to Klaus Schenberg for
his handling skills.

Shadow Fox
Farm had success at the first show of the season. At the
Morven Park Breed Show on May 4, 2000. Daylight won her 3
year old filly class, was Reserve Champion Filly and Young Horse,
Reserve Grand Champion and High Point Hanoverian horse. Daylight also
qualified for the USDF Breeders Championships. Rachael was
2nd place in the 3 year old filly class behind Daylight.
SPS Mayflower won
her broodmare class, was Champion mare, Champion Mature Horse and
qualified for the USDF Breeders Championships. Windbraut, owned
by Rick and Jayne Toering and purchased from Shadow Fox Farm was 3rd
in the 3 year old filly class, and 2nd in the Hanoverian IBC
class. Congratulations to Rick and Jane! This show has
grown each year to be a great kick off for the season. The new
management at Morven Park did a great job tending to the competitors
and the classes were large and competitive.
1999
-
Shadow Fox Farm qualified two mares for the prestigious USDF breeders
Championships, Riviera and Finastra, both Elite mares.
Riviera was Grand
Champion at the VADA Spring Dressage Show. Finastra was Reserve Grand
champion at the Morven Dressage Breed Show.
-
Riviera had a very successful show year in 1999: At her first
recognized show last April she scored a 70% and 72% at training level,
ridden by Libby Anderson and ended up as high score Champion for the show.
This was her first show in her life and she was 3 years old.
She was Champion or Reserve every time out at Morven, VADA and Dressage at Lexington and qualifying for the USDF breeders Championships. She won a
huge competitive Hanoverian class of 24 horses at Dressage at Lexington and
secured the Hanoverian cooler. She then went on to win the American
Hanoverian Society Year end award for the highest scoring mare.

Finastra at her first show was the mare champion, Reserve mature horse
Champion and Reserve Grand Champion to the stallion, Davigport. She then
qualifed for the USDF Breeders championship and went onto Devon where she
placed 3rd and was in the callbacks for the championships in a very
competitive group of horses. She did all this pregnant with a Contucci
foal.

Our little
Rachael also had a great year-she was 1st in her first show
at Morven out of 14 fillies. She then went on to win the Reserve Champion
Filly title in some tough competition. At Dressage at Lexington she placed
2 in a very large class of 21 fillies.
-
Our long legged
Daylight showed herself at the end of the year. She won
her class at the Mid-Atlantic Hanoverian mare show, was Champion Young
Horse, and then was named Overall Grand Champion of the show. We were
pleased as this was the first time a 2 year old received this honor.
Usually, the older horses win this award.
1998
-
Riviera won her mare inspection with a 7.8, and was named the highest
scoring mare in the USA for that inspection tour. She then went on to win
her 1A prize and earn her Elite Mare title by successfully completing her
Mare Performance test at Woodvale Farm. She was also Champion Young Horse
at the Hanoverian mare show.
-
Mikimoto earned the Champion mare title and Reserve Grand Champion at the
Morven Park dressage show. Mikimoto won her first classes with 69% as a 3
year old under saddle at training level at her first Recognized show.
-
Daylight was Champion Young filly and Reserve Champion Young Horse at the
Morven Park Dressage show. She then went on to be 2nd at Dressage at Devon
out of a class of 40 horses.
-
Laura and
Marstall earned their two 60% scores at 4rth level towards their
USDF Silver Medal
1997
-
Mikimoto earned her Champion inspection score of 7.6 and was 6th highest in
the USA. She then earned her Elite mare title through her successful
completion of her Mare Performance test. She also earned her 1A status.
In addition, she was the Champion mare and Reserve Champion overall at
the Morven Park Dressage Breed Show.

Laura and
Marstall earned their USDF Bronze Medal and CDCTA Year end Reserve
Champion for 2nd and 3rd level.

Laura
earns 4rth level scores towards her silver medal
